Lambda Eta Chapter of Delta Theta Tau Sorority Is having it’s 51 Annual Antique Show and Sale On November 1st at Scott Hall in the Johnson County Fairgrounds in Franklin Indiana. This a One Day show and admission is $3.00 food is served continually and parking is FREE All proceeds go to charity.
Sitting right outside of the town of Nashville is the Bill Monroe Music Park and Campground. This month for Halloween this location is home to Cedar Rock. Cedar Rock is a unique haunted attraction in that is has the Midwest’s longest haunted trail and Scare Fest featuring live music and a bonfire. Other haunted attractions include Zombie Challenge and Electro Shock Maze.
General admission prices range from $15 for the haunted trail only to $25 for a combo ticket, with discounted prices for children 12 and under, pre-purchased tickets online, and groups of 15 or more. V.I.P. Fast Pass tickets available at higher rate. Scare Fest is free.
Grace United Methodist Church invites you to a Fish & Tenderloin Dinner on Saturday, November 1 to help support the Annual Potato Drop and other mission programs.
The menu features all you can eat fish and tenderloin, sides, drink and dessert. Tickets are $11 for adults and $6 for children aged 4-12.

A 5K Run & Silent Auction will be held on November 1st to support the Davie Galbraith Liver and Colon Cancers Fund. Kelcie Davie will be organizing this event as part of her Senior Project at Columbus North High School. The events will be held at Noblitt Park (Washington St & W. 17th St, Columbus, Indiana 47201) on November 1st. Early registration can be completed at https://give.stvincent.org/5kforcancer for a fee of $25. Onsite registration starts at 8:15 am for a fee of $30 The 5K race will start at 9:00 am. The Silent Auction will be completed after the race.
The 32nd Annual Center Grove Craft Fair is on Saturday, November 1, 2014 from 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. More than 200 exhibitors will feature art, crafts, handmade gifts, and many other items. Desserts, breakfast and lunch foods will be available for purchase in the cafeteria. Come out to enjoy a day of shopping and support Center Grove Trojan Football.
Lt. Col. Dave Grossman U.S. Army (Ret.) is an internationally recognized scholar, author, soldier, and speaker and one of the world’s foremost experts in the field of human aggression and the roots of violence and violent crime. His presentation will cover topics such as post-traumatic stress disorder and techniques to curtail the development of the disorder, different threat levels and the necessity of preparedness. A West Point graduate and retired Army paratrooper, Lt. Col. Grossman spent his life examining what causes people to harm others, ways to protect ourselves, and different types of personalities that invite, inflict, or protect the aggression.
