Allergies are seemingly everywhere now. Living in this area, we are subjected to some of the worst seasonal allergies in the entire country. Food allergies are on a meteoric rise in children. Nearly 1 in 3 Americans now suffer from some type of allergy. Dr. Stephen Pollard is one of the nation’s leading allergists and will walk the audience through the symptoms of various types of allergies, as well as the cause of these symptoms and how best to treat them. He will take questions from the audience and hopes to educate those in attendance on how to best overcome the frustrating symptoms of allergies. Dr. Pollard is based in Louisville and also practices in Columbus with Family Allergy & Asthma. He has been an allergist for more than 35 years and leads one of the most advanced allergy research centers in the country.
