Dining with Diabetes is a series of classes targeted to persons with or at risk for type 2 diabetes and their families. Harriet Armstrong, Health and Human Science Extension Educator, will be offering two different series of classes. Samantha Aulick of 240sweet Artisan Foodworks will whip up some sophisticated non-alcoholic drinks that everyone can enjoy. This former bartender was recognized as the “Best of Baltimore” in 2000 by Baltimore Magazine. Her demonstration will include samples and recipes. Drinking Vinegars, Sparkling Ginger Cider, Virgin Marys, and Hibiscus Spritzers are on the menu. Sponsored by the Bartholomew County Library Associates.
