All walkers and runners are welcome to this free, 17-week training program for beginners! To ensure we train safely and effectively, a proven progressive mileage increase schedule will be used.
The first 7 weeks include classroom sessions covering topics such as:
A group run/walk follows the classroom sessions. Starting at week 8, the classroom sessions end and the run/walk starts immediately when the group meets.
