Are you hitting a wall when it comes to grant writing? Join JCCF and LJC, with guest speaker Amanda Lopez, and learn how grant writing can be broken down into three simple steps. We will discuss the three key steps to grant writing; break down the different types of grant opportunities; identify potential new resources to find grants; discuss the importance of building a relationship with funders (which may involve some role play!); and walk through the key components of a writing a winning proposal.

During the training, we will also cover some best practices for organizations to implement internally to grow and diversify your revenue through grant writing. The training will be interactive with opportunities to connect with your peers and apply the information to make your case strong. You will leave the training inspired and equipped to write your next compelling grant proposal!

DON’T MISS! The seminar will conclude with a 30-minute information session and Q&A about JCCF 2014 grants.
