Cost $30.00
Payment: Cash, Check to Terrorz Roller Derby or PayPal to tottsfinance@gmail.com
Wear a white shirt, high socks, and tights with shorts
Booty Campers who choose to continue practicing with the team after camp is over will have their January dues fee (normally $30) waived!
Terrorz Booty Camp is a three day program designed to introduce interested persons to our team. We welcome anyone who might be interested in any kind of skating role — derby girl or referee. All skaters must be 18+ years old, with ID and have proof of current medical insurance.
Monday, January 12th will be at the BCPL in the Conference room (536 5th Street, downstairs). We will discuss lots of roller derby basics: rules, basic strategy, our leage’s history, etc. It is a great time to ask questions as well. The last thing we will do is get new skaters fitted with gear to borrow. Also, payment will be taken at this meeting
Tuesday and Wednesday, January 13 & 14 will be at Columbus Skateland, 2660 Talley Road, Columbus, IN. Skaters can rent skates and use the gear they picked out the night before. Veteran skaters will lead new skaters through roller derby basic skating skills for game play and safety. Skaters should bring a mouth guard, any gear they own, money for skate rental (cards accepted) and a water bottle.
YOU DO NOT NEED TO KNOW HOW TO SKATE! Booty camp is not a try-out. The only thing expected from you is a good attitude.

Dump Your Plump Registration

Partnership for a Healthier Johnson County invites teams from the community and surrounding areas to participate in the 30th round of Dump Your Plump, a nationally recognized workplace and family wellness/exercise program featuring peer support and team competition.

It’s easy to compete!  Teams of 4-10 participants commit to exercise any place, any time for at least 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week and set a realistic weight loss goal between 0-20 pounds.  A designated team captain submits a weekly weigh-in and exercise team report to the Partnership office.  Cost is $10 per person.  Captains participate free.

Partnership has previously coordinated 29 rounds of this 10-week, worksite and family wellness/exercise program with great success.  The objective of Dump Your Plump is to provide a short-term, fun means for safe and gradual weight loss through proper exercise and nutrition.  Participants are eligible to win weekly $$ prizes and a $1,000 Team Grand Prize.  We have lots of fun surprises planned to celebrate 30 rounds of successful weight loss and healthier lifestyles.  Hurry, register a team between now and January 23.  Round 30 begins on January 25 and runs through April 4.

Contact Partnership for a Healthier Johnson County at (317) 736-2657 for more information or register a team at www.healthierjc.org
