COLUMBUS, Ind. – Anyone in the community who is interested in submitting Tourism Development grant applications to the Columbus Area Visitors Center should do so on or before the July 15 deadline.
These funds can be granted to incentivize the creation of new tourism attractions/programs, enhance current tourism attractions/programs, or encourage collaboration in the creation and enhancement of tourism attractions/programs.
Erin Hawkins, marketing director of the Columbus Area Visitors Center, says the awards will be announced by August 15. Applications can be found here.
