Old National Bank donates locally for Giving Tuesday

COLUMBUS, Ind. – Old National Bank has announced its participation in Giving Tuesday by committing $1.2 million for COVID-19 relief to help meet the needs of cities and towns. One-half of the donation will focus on meeting immediate needs in local neighborhoods, and the other half will focus on longer-term restorative and transformational needs within communities.

In Columbus, Lincoln-Central Neighborhood Family Center was awarded $5,000 and Love Chapel received $2,500. Both Community Provisions, Inc. and Anchor Hose, Inc., in Seymour, were given a $2,500 donation. In North Vernon, the Good Samaritan Food Pantry was gifted $1,500, and Wayside Inn was bestowed $1,000.

“Old National has a long history of community commitment, and we are pleased to support our communities,” said Market President Scott Poling. He continued, “These organizations are providing valuable services, and we are pleased to partner with them and assist those who need it most.”
