OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES
QMix Budweiser BCB’s Star-Spangled $250K Giveaway

1. SPONSOR
This contest is sponsored by QMix 107.3 (WRZQ-FM), licensed to Reising Radio
Partners, located at 825 Washington Street, Columbus, IN 47201, in conjunction with
Bartholomew County Beverage and Budweiser, collectively referred to as “Sponsors.”
2. ELIGIBILITY
The QMix Budweiser BCB’s Star-Spangled $250K Giveaway is open to legal residents of
Indiana who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees of QMix 107.3, Reising Radio Partners, Bartholomew County Beverage, Budweiser,
their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and
immediate family members (spouse, parent, sibling, child) or members of the same household
are not eligible to participate or win.
Valid government-issued photo identification proving age and residency may be required prior to
prize award.
3. CONTEST PERIOD
The contest begins on June 1, 2026 and ends on June 28, 2026. All entries must be
received during the Contest Period.
The grand prize event will take place on July 3, 2026, prior to the QMix Musical Fireworks event.
4. HOW TO ENTER
Listeners may register to win by visiting qmix1073.com and completing the official
contest entry form in full or by registering at official station appearances and designated
promotional events as announced by QMix 107.3.
Limit one (1) entry per person/email address during the Contest Period unless otherwise
specified. Multiple entries submitted by the same individual may result in disqualification.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
5. FINALIST SELECTION & GRAND PRIZE DRAWING
Eligible entrants may be randomly selected as finalists throughout the Contest Period.
Finalists will be notified by phone and/or email using the contact information provided at
entry.
Finalists must be present at the designated July 3, 2026 grand prize event location, at the time
specified by QMix 107.3, to remain eligible for the grand prize drawing. Failure to appear on
time may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate finalist.
One (1) finalist will receive a chance to win Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250,000)
during the official giveaway event prior to the QMix Musical Fireworks.
The method of awarding the $250,000 prize shall be determined solely by Sponsors and
announced prior to the giveaway event. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of
eligible entries and finalists selected.
6. PRIZE
One (1) eligible finalist will receive a chance to win a grand prize of Two Hundred Fifty
Thousand Dollars ($250,000).
If awarded, the grand prize will be paid in a manner determined solely by Sponsors and may
require completion of additional documentation prior to disbursement.
Sponsors reserve the right to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value if
necessary.
7. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS & CONDITIONS
Prize is non-transferable, non-assignable, and may not be redeemed for cash
substitution except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Winner must comply with all contest instructions, event rules, and eligibility requirements.
Failure to complete required paperwork, provide proof of eligibility, or comply with contest
requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize.
Sponsors reserve the right to remove or disqualify any participant for disruptive, unsafe,
unlawful, or inappropriate behavior at any contest-related event.
8. TAXES
The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes
associated with receipt of any prize.
Winner may be required to complete an IRS Form W-9 and will receive an IRS Form 1099 as
required by law.
9. PUBLICITY RELEASE
By participating in the contest and/or accepting a prize, entrants grant Sponsors the right
to use their name, voice, likeness, photograph, hometown, and statements for
promotional, advertising, and publicity purposes in any media now known or hereafter
devised without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.
10. LIABILITY RELEASE
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsors, their affiliates,
subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, officers, directors, employees, agents,
and representatives from any and all liability, claims, damages, losses, or injuries arising
from or related to participation in the contest or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
11. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process,
violates these Official Rules, or engages in conduct deemed improper, fraudulent, or
harmful to the integrity of the contest.
Sponsors reserve the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the contest if technical
failures, fraud, unauthorized intervention, or any other causes beyond Sponsor control
compromise the administration, security, fairness, or proper operation of the contest.
All decisions made by Sponsors regarding the contest are final and binding.
12. WINNER INFORMATION
Winner information will be available following prize verification at qmix.com.
