QMix 107.3/Mojo 1029 Lohmeyer Plumbing Dream Bathroom Makeover

1. Sponsor

This contest is sponsored by QMix 107.3 (WRZQ-FM)/Mojo 1029 (WXCH-FM), licensed to Reising Radio Partners, located at 825 Washington Street Columbus, IN 47201, in conjunction with Lohmeyer Plumbing, collectively referred to as “Sponsors.”

2. Eligibility

The QMix 107.3/Mojo102.9 Bathroom Makeover Giveaway is open to legal residents of Indiana, 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Entrants must be the legal homeowner of the residence where the bathroom makeover will take place. Renters, landlords entering on behalf of tenants, and commercial properties are not eligible.

The home must be located within Lohmeyer Plumbing’s standard service area. Proof of homeownership and residency may be required prior to prize award.

Employees of QMix 107.3/Mojo102.9, Lohmeyer Plumbing, their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, sibling, child) or members of the same household are not eligible to participate or win.

3. Contest Period

The contest begins at 7:20a January 12, 2026 and ends on February 22, 2026. All entries must be received during the Contest Period.

4. How to Enter

To enter, visit qmix1073.com/mojo1029.com and complete the official Contest entry form in full.

Limit one (1) entry per household, regardless of the number of occupants. Multiple entries from the same household may result in disqualification. No purchase is necessary.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

One (1) winner will be selected from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. Winner selection may be conducted by random drawing or based on station-determined criteria.

The potential winner will be notified by phone and/or email. If the selected winner cannot be contacted within 48 hours, fails to meet eligibility requirements, or does not complete required documentation, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at the discretion of QMix 107.3/Mojo102.9.

6. Prize

One (1) bathroom makeover with an approximate retail value of up to Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000).

The prize includes labor and materials as determined solely by Lohmeyer Plumbing. All selections regarding design, layout, materials, fixtures, timeline, and scope of work shall be made at Lohmeyer Plumbing’s sole discretion following inspection of the property.

7. Prize Restrictions & Conditions

• Prize is non-transferable, non-assignable, and not redeemable for cash or substitution.
   

• Any costs exceeding the stated prize value are the sole responsibility of the winner and must be paid in advance.
   

• The winner must permit a pre-project inspection of the bathroom and supporting infrastructure and comply with all reasonable requirements of Lohmeyer Plumbing.
   

• The project must be completed within a timeframe determined by Lohmeyer Plumbing and during normal business hours.
   

• Prize does not include, without limitation:
   

  • Structural changes

  • Electrical, HVAC, or foundation work

  • Mold, asbestos, or hazardous material remediation

  • Permit fees beyond standard plumbing permits

  • Repairs required due to pre-existing damage or code violations
     

If the project cannot be completed due to site conditions, access limitations, or regulatory restrictions, Sponsors reserve the right to substitute an alternate prize of equal or lesser value or to cancel the award

8. Taxes

The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with receipt of the prize. The winner may be required to complete an IRS Form W-9 and will receive a Form 1099-MISC as required by law.

9. Publicity Release

By accepting the prize, the winner irrevocably grants Sponsors the right to use the winner's name, likeness, voice, photographs, video recordings, and statements for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes in any media now known or hereafter devised, without additional compensation.

10. Liability Release

By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsors and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, damages, losses, or causes of action arising out of or related to participation in the Contest or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

11. General Conditions

Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these Official Rules, tampers with the entry process, or engages in any conduct deemed improper or unfair. Sponsors reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Contest.

All Sponsor decisions are final and binding.
