5K on Turkey Day 2026-Wobble till you Gobble!

Start Thanksgiving with a Run That Gives Back!

Before the turkey, stuffing, and pie, lace up your running shoes and kick off Thanksgiving morning with a little movement and a lot of heart!

Join us on Thursday, November 26, 2026, for a Thanksgiving Day run benefiting Love Chapel. Whether you run, jog, or walk, you’ll be starting the holiday by supporting an organization that makes a difference right here in our community. This year’s 5K is being organized by Columbus North High School seniors Emma Lowther, Tristan Works, and Adira Sluder as their senior project.

📅 Thanksgiving Morning: Thursday, November 26
Check-in: 7:00 AM | Race: 8:00 AM
Bartholomew County Fairgrounds
750 W 200 S, Columbus, IN 47201

🎟️ Entry Fee: $35

Register by November 1 to receive a complimentary event T-shirt and finisher medal! Late and race-day registrations are welcome, but T-shirt sizes may be limited.

Check-In: Head to the Community Building at the fairgrounds, located closest to Southside Elementary School. Doors open at 7:00 AM.

Bring your family, grab your friends, and make this feel-good run part of your Thanksgiving tradition. Burn a few calories before the big meal while helping support Love Chapel and our neighbors in need.
