BARGERSVILLE, Ind. - The Bargersville Fire Department was dispatched to the 6600 block of North Waverly Park Road just before 6 a.m. on Thursday for a reported single-vehicle rollover wreck with a trapped occupant.
When emergency crews arrived at the accident scene, they found an overturned vehicle off the roadway with an individual unable to exit.
Firefighters stabilized the vehicle before safely extricating the victim.
Following the extrication, the patient was transferred to IU Health Lifeline and flown to an Indianapolis hospital for further treatment.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
