GREENWOOD, Ind. - The Greenwood Fire Department (GFD) was dispatched to the 400 block of Boonesboro Road for a reported residence fire on Wednesday, just after 2 p.m.
Fire crews soon brought the small blaze under control and extinguished it.
The residents were not home at the time of the incident, and no firefighter injuries were reported. The cause of the fire was not determined, and no estimate of damage was given.
Fire Angels, Inc. was on the scene, and the White River Township Fire Department provided mutual aid.
