GREENWOOD, Ind. - The City of Greenwood recently hosted its second open community workshop to update the Unified Development Ordinance (UDO).
A UDO combines zoning, subdivision regulations, and other development standards—such as design, signage, and environmental guidelines—into one comprehensive document.
On January 27, the project team presented five Site Tests and gathered community feedback through key questions for each scenario.
Officials need your feedback and invite you to share your thoughts on the Site Test questions through our online platform.
