COLUMBUS, Ind. - The Columbus City Council elected new leadership during its Tuesday meeting following the recent resignation of council president Frank Miller.
The council voted to elect Kent Anderson as the new City Council President and Elaine Hilber as Vice President.
Miller, who resigned last week, was recognized by council members for his nearly three years of guidance as the city transitioned into a second-class city.
