Columbus Parks and Rec offers another 'Recreation Day'

COLUMBUS, Ind. - The Columbus Parks and Recreation Department presents its second, free "Recreation Day" this Thursday, February 21, from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m., at NexusPark on 25th Street in Columbus.

Circle K Fieldhouse will be available at no cost for an afternoon of fun. Sports and recreation equipment will be set up, and areas for group games and self-directed recreation activities will be available.

If you have not already explored the new facility, this is a great opportunity to do so. An adult must accompany kids 14 and under.

The next "Recreation Day" is scheduled for March 21.
