COLUMBUS, Ind. - The National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) of South Central Indiana is offering NAMI Hearts+Minds, a series of free wellness classes designed to help you take charge of your health.
They will take place from 6 to 8 p.m. on June 15, 17, 22, and 24, at the United Way Building, 1531 13th St., in Columbus.
This program offers practical tools and education to support both your mind and body, empowering you to live a healthier life every day. Taking care of your mental and physical health isn’t optional; it’s essential. When you support both, you build a stronger foundation for overall wellness.
The sessions will help you plan recovery goals and achieve better overall health.
You will learn:
