New exhibition opens at Southern Indiana Center for the Arts

SEYMOUR, Ind. - The Southern Indiana Center for the Arts in Seymour presents opening night for "Champ & McIntosh - A Dual Exhibition" this Friday, May 1, at 6 p.m. Everyone is invited to a Celebration of Time, Craft, and Creative Legacy.

This dual exhibition features the work of two important Southern Indiana artists, Terry Champ and Kyle McIntosh. Two artists from two eras exploring time and texture.

Terry Champ is a legendary Seymour artist known for his oil paintings, sculptures, and more. This marks the first exhibition of his diverse body of work in almost 20 years.

Kyle McIntosh, a multidisciplinary artist based in Crothersville, is also widely recognized for his creative take on tattoos, murals, and graffiti-style art.

Two artists from two generations, 40 years apart in age, whose creative spirit defines the language of art.
