PromptMed moves to 10th Street, changes name

COLUMBUS, Ind. - PromptMed is closing its doors on 25th Street and moving to its new, upgraded location on 10th Street this week.

The practice will close the evening of Tuesday, May 19, and reopen as Columbus Regional Health (CRH) Urgent Care on Wednesday, May 20, at 3015 Tenth St., in Columbus (between McClure and Marr Roads).  

There will be no interruption to patient care during the move. The PromptMed phone number, 812-372-8883, and hours will remain the same.
