SEYMOUR, Ind. - The City of Seymour will celebrate its 175th anniversary in 2027, with a year full of ways to celebrate the community planned. The City wants to feature one special happening each week, but officials need your input.
If you have an event you think should be part of Seymour’s 175th celebration, submit it for consideration. A three-person team will evaluate the submissions.
Events selected will:
- Be recognized as an official Seymour 175th event
- Be marketed and promoted by the City of Seymour
- Receive the official Seymour 175th Anniversary logo for promotional materials
- Become part of the City’s advertised lineup of 175th anniversary events
Whether it’s a festival, concert, historical program, or something unique, Seymour wants to hear your ideas. Submit your event information on the City of Seymour Facebook page by clicking here.
