Operations Manager / Program Manager / Morning Show Host

Reising Radio Partners is seeking an experienced Operations Manager / Program Manager / Morning Show Host to lead programming and on-air operations for our four locally owned radio stations in Columbus, Indiana.

This role combines team leadership, programming strategy, and hosting an engaging morning show. Coaching, training, and ongoing development of our people are the primary mission. Local engagement is at the heart of everything we do.

We're looking for someone who loves local radio, brings out the best in others, and knows how to turn everyday listening into a meaningful connection with our community.

What You'll Do

• Lead programming and day-to-day on-air operations across our radio stations
• Coach, train, and develop on-air talent and programming staff
• Host an entertaining, engaging, and locally focused morning show
• Guide music, content, imaging, and programming decisions for each station
• Maintain consistent programming quality and a distinct identity for each brand
• Coordinate on-air schedules, coverage, and programming workflows
• Work closely with sales, promotions, and digital teams to execute station initiatives
• Help create compelling content across radio, websites, and social media
• Build relationships with listeners, community organizations, and local partners
• Represent our stations at community events and station promotions

What We're Looking For

• Experience in radio programming, on-air hosting, and team leadership
• Strong coaching, communication, and people management skills
• An engaging on-air personality with a passion for local content
• Sound judgment and the ability to balance creative ideas with daily operations
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with radio automation, audio production, and digital content tools
• Ability to collaborate across departments and manage multiple priorities
• A commitment to working in person in Columbus, Indiana, and becoming involved in our community
