In an effort to bring more people into their stores, Kohl’s is expanding their partnership with Amazon. Beginning in July, Kohl’s is allowing you to return your Amazon purchases to any Kohl’s store.
Since 2017, 100 or so Kohl’s stores offered Amazon returns, but with this program expansion, returns will be accepted in over 1,000 stores across the country.
One of the benefits? It’s completely free. Your items can be packaged, or not. Kohl’s will ensure that your products get returned to Amazon, which is convinient if you don’t have easy access to a shipping company like UPS. Not only does the consumer benefit, but Amazon might benefit as well, saving money on shipping costs. It’s more cost-effective to send one large package than multiple smaller ones.
In addition to accepting returns, Kohl’s will also be selling more Amazon merchandise in more than 200 of their stores.
