Welcome back to my blog! As always, thank you so much for keeping up with my blog! Schools out, and I am so excited! These two months are going to be the greatest. Coming up with ideas for blogs are becoming a bit hard to find, so if you have any ideas, just tell me! I would love to hear it.
One of my favorite memories of each summer is QMIX Musical Fireworks. Ever since I have been a little kid, my family has taken my sister and me to the big show, and it has been memories to remember. Every year, ever since I have been a little kid, we would always buy glow sticks, small snacks, and red Hawaiian Punch for only that day. We are always counting down to this big day, happening on July 3rd!
QMIX Musical Fireworks is Bartholomew County’s Largest One Day event, possibly this year we could even make history because it will be 30 years since this event has started! The event is happening on July 3rd, at Columbus Municipal Airport! The family-friendly event will start off with Food & Fun at 5:30, followed by a magic show at 6 from Easterling Entertainment! I gotta admit, they put on a great show for all ages!
Indiana Blood Center will be at Traditions of Freedom, which is the name for this year 30th anniversary, hosting a blood drive from 5-9 pm. Your support helps them save and enhance lives. Every 3 seconds, someone needs blood. Just think of the impact you are making on the lives of people in your local community and beyond! Walk-ins are welcome, or you can schedule your donation slot here. I wish I could donate blood, but I will still be 15! EMERGE Wrestling is also hosting Fireworks and Fisticuffs 2 at 6 pm. There will be a 30 man Red White and Bruise Battle Royal along with other matches to be announced. Then, make sure you have your loudest portable radio with you tuned to QMIX 107.3 because, at 10 pm, it’s showtime! We are going to have some throwback songs, pop songs, and of course, patriotic ones!
We will all be there. Food will be there, and much more! This event will be the best one yet this year, so head on out and have some fun. See ya soon!
