INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – The Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) said 4,157 additional Hoosiers were included in its coronavirus update on Thursday. The state has now confirmed a total of 922,320 residents with the disease since the beginning of March 2020.
An additional 31 deaths have occurred between September 3 and September 15, and now ISDH says 14,581 citizens have died from COVID-19.
Bartholomew County has verified 10,283 cases, Jackson County confirms 6,414, Jennings County reports 3,443, and Johnson County documents 23,192 cases of the virus over the last 19 months of the pandemic.
