INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – The Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) said Tuesday that 1,593 Hoosiers were included in its Monday daily update of new residents infected with COVID-19. The latest data continues to push the state beyond one million confirmed cases.
ISDH confirmed 61 Indiana deaths between September 25 and October 18, and now 15,832 citizens have died.
Bartholomew County has certified 11,517 cases, Jackson County reports 6,946, Jennings County verifies 3,852, and Johnson County has recorded 24,961 cases of COVID-19.
