INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – The Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) reported 2,161 new cases of coronavirus in its Thursday update. Indiana now confirms that 1,005,797 Hoosiers have contracted the disease since March 2020.
ISDH also says there were 26 more deaths last week. To date, 15,909 residents have died from COVID-19.
Bartholomew County has recorded 11,602 cases, Jackson County totals 6,972, Jennings County documents 3,866, and Johnson County reports 25,056 cases of the virus.
