COLUMBUS, Ind. – Bartholomew County residents who need assistance paying for health insurance may qualify for the Premium Link Bartholomew County program.
You could be eligible if your household income is less than 200% of Federal Poverty Guidelines and if you have health coverage through Marketplace Silver Plan or HIP Plus.
Premium Link Bartholomew County is designed to help ensure residents have access to health care by not allowing the cost to get in the way of their health.
