INDIANAPOLIS – The Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) announced 12,230 new residents with coronavirus on Thursday. Overall, 1,587,005 Hoosiers have contracted the disease since the pandemic began.
Since the early part of March 2020, ISDH says 20,400 Indiana citizens have died from COVID-19.
Bartholomew County confirms 19,501 cases, Jackson County totals 11,480, Jennings County reports 6,383, and Johnson County has recorded 40,186 cases of the virus.
