SHELBYVILLE, Ind. –The Shelbyville Police Department responded to the Indianapolis Caesar’s Horseshoe Casino in Shelbyville Monday after receiving a call about a male who had fallen from the parking garage’s top floor. Officers and medical personnel arrived, and it was determined that the man was deceased. He was identified as Kenneth Walters from Terre Haute.
Shelbyville police investigated the incident in coordination with the Shelbyville Fire Department, Shelby County Connors Officer, Shelby County Prosecutor’s Office, and Indianapolis Caesars’s Horseshoe Casino.
The inquiry has concluded, and the autopsy results have been finalized. The cause of death was ruled an accident.
