SEYMOUR, Ind. — Officers with the Seymour Police Department (SPD) arrested a West Virginia woman for public indecency on Tuesday.
SPD responded to a local business where police say a woman had exposed herself and urinated on an item for sale. When officers found the woman in the parking lot, she allegedly ignored orders to stop and ran away. Police caught up with Mackenzie Creel, 21, of Parkersburg, West Virginia, and took her into custody. The suspect was searched and SPD supposedly found methamphetamine and drug-related items.
She faces charges of possession of meth, a level 6 felony, theft (prior conviction), a level 6 felony, possession of paraphernalia, a class A misdemeanor, resisting law enforcement, a class A misdemeanor, and public indecency, a class A misdemeanor. Creel was taken to the Jackson County Jail.
