Ivy Tech hosts event spotlighting manufacturing, engineering, agriculture, aviation programs


COLUMBUS/FRANKLIN, Ind. – Ivy Tech Community College will host a special event spotlighting the academic programs in its School of Advanced Manufacturing, Engineering, and Applied Science on Tuesday, October 24, from 3-6 p.m. at the Columbus and Franklin campuses.

Individuals may RSVP at link.ivytech.edu/octoberspotlight to ensure an opportunity to talk with faculty. Campus addresses are 4475 Central Ave., in Columbus, and 2205 McClain St., in Franklin.

At the event, prospective students can meet individually with experienced faculty and staff to discuss:

  • Rewarding career opportunities in high-demand fields such as robotics, agriculture, welding, engineering, and aviation
  • How Ivy Tech can prepare you to enter the workforce or advance your career with skills training and education
  • Earning Ivy Tech certifications and degrees and transferring to a four-year university
  • Affordable tuition rates, financial aid, and scholarship opportunities
