FRANKLIN, Ind. – Discover Downtown Franklin presents the return of “Shop the Blocks” on Friday, April 5. It kicks off the Total Eclipse Weekend in town.
Most downtown businesses will be open until 8 p.m., plus there is live music, food, and a film festival at the Historic Artcraft Theatre. It is also the GRAND OPENING of Woven Co. Candles.
There will be four live music acts, a pop-up shop featuring Discover Downtown Franklin’s new merchandise and eclipse exclusives, and 32 participating locations staying open until 8 p.m.
After Friday night’s “Shop the Blocks,” the City of Franklin, Indiana – Government is hosting several events including a three-day festival from Franklin Parks & Recreation at the Amphitheater on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday.
Discover Downtown Franklin also hosts the Total Eclipse Cookout at Franklin City Hall on Monday from 10 a.m. until all the food is sold out.
