COLUMBUS, Ind. – Columbus Regional Health announced Thursday the final relocation phase of medical practices and services joining NexusPark.
CRH at NexusPark officially opened in late January, and more than 15 provider practices and services relocated to the building in the first quarter of 2024. The final two will join operations at the new facility, located at 2100 25th Street in Columbus, next week on April 22. They are Columbus Pediatrics, in Suite. B, and Imaging Services at NexusPark, in Suite. G.
Patients of these provider practices have received specific information for visiting the new office and will get reminders for upcoming appointments at the new location.
Patients and visitors to NexusPark should enter the facility through Entrance 3, located on the building’s southwest side. Pregnant mothers and support partners with appointments at OBGYN Associates may use Entrance 4 on the facility’s north side.
