GREENWOOD, Ind. – Greenwood Community High School will host the 2024 Sports Physical Night sponsored by Community Health Network on Monday, May 6 from 6 to 8 p.m. The event is open to all Greenwood and Clark-Pleasant student-athletes in grades K-12.
Upon arrival at Greenwood Community High School, 615 W. Smith Valley Road, parents and athletes are asked to use door 31N. Staff will be on-site to assist.
Each physical costs $22 and can be paid using cash, check, or credit card.
The physicals are valid for the 2024-2025 school year.
