COLUMBUS, Ind. – Swine & Dine, a full-service experience and event venue, will host “Origins of Wine: A Tasting Experience,” this Wednesday, April 24, from 6 to 8 p.m. at 412 Washington St., in downtown Columbus
The evening will introduce you to the grapes of Georgia, the small country at the border of Eastern Europe and West Asia. Georgia is considered the birthplace of wine because grapes were first intentionally cultivated and used in fermented drinks there.
The event, co-hosted by Kirk and Lauren Parsons of Parsons Fine Imports, will feature an educational sampling from Georgia, sharable mezze boards, and special pre-order pricing on all featured bottles.
