COLUMBUS, Ind. – Applications are being accepted at the Council for Youth Development (CYD) Bartholomew County through May 3 for its 2024-2025 Youth Ambassador Cohort.

CYD’s Youth Ambassador Program aims to empower youth to thrive in adulthood by developing their unique talents, cultivating healthy behaviors and relationships, and actively participating in community projects that make a difference.

Youth Ambassadors (YA) are Bartholomew County high school students in grades 10-12 committed to meaningful civic engagement and personal growth. YAs serve through youth-driven outreach initiatives while strengthening their leadership skills and focusing on community equity.
