COLUMBUS, Ind. – The Columbus Area Arts Council (CAAC) presents this year’s Uncommon Cause on Saturday, August 24, at 7 p.m., at the Harrison Lake Country Club. The 2024 theme is “Hats Off to the Arts.”
The event is for those 21 and over and tickets are still available, here. This year’s gala honors Ken and Cheryl Veith, long-time arts advocates and supporters.
The Uncommon Cause is the not-to-be-missed community fundraiser for the arts each summer in Columbus. The party features music, dancing, a photo booth, hors d’oeuvres, a cash bar, and a live and silent auction.
“Hats Off to the Arts” celebrates the community’s creativity. Attendees are invited to don their most imaginative hats, uplifting the cultural fabric of Columbus and inspiring a more colorful future.
