COLUMBUS, Ind. – The City of Columbus and Bartholomew County offices will be closed this Monday for the Labor Day holiday. They will reopen on Tuesday morning, September 3.
The closures include Columbus City Utilities (CCU). Officials at CCu said that if you have a problem with your water or sewer service, call the business office at 812-372-8861 and follow the prompts.
The Columbus Department of Public Works says there will be no trash, recycling, or yard waste collections on Monday. Those services are delayed one day next week with the normal Friday pickups on Saturday.
Bartholomew County Solid Waste Management says its offices and the Recycling Center will also be closed on Labor Day.
