GREENWOOD, Ind. – Johnson County welcomes a new destination for physical, mental, and emotional well-being with the grand opening of its latest yoga studio.

The official ribbon-cutting ceremony is this Wednesday, October 9, at noon at The Hot Room, 3011 Meridian Meadows Rd., in Greenwood. The event is open to the public and will include a tour of the studio, a meet-and-greet with instructors, and an opportunity to explore the range of hot yoga and heated fitness classes offered.

Owners say The Hot Room is a place where individuals of all levels, from beginners to seasoned practitioners, can find a positive space to strengthen both body and mind. “We create a community where anyone, no matter your ability, feels safe and inspired to heal and strengthen,” said CEO/Founder Hye Jin Kalgaonkar.

The studio’s unique approach includes using a heated room to maximize the benefits of each session. The warmth allows for greater circulation, promotes detoxification, and provides an optimal setting for deepening the yoga practice.

The Hot Room Greenwood also offers cold therapy using state-of-the-art cold plunge tubs. Enjoy a hot yoga or pilates class, rinse off, and plunge 50 degrees below.
