EDINBURGH, Ind. – Centra Credit Union’s Edinburgh and CFS Title teams recently supported United Way of Johnson County with $1,000 in donations as part of the Centra Foundation’s Pay It Forward campaign.
Pay It Forward empowers Centra’s Team Members to lead mini-service projects in groups that support local nonprofits.
As a financial institution rooted in the credit union philosophy of People Helping People, Centra actively seeks new ways to give its Team Members more opportunities to give back in unique and meaningful ways.
The Centra Foundation Pay It Forward campaign allows Centra and its Team Members to live out their vision of creating value for each other, their Members, and the Communities they serve. In the second quarter of 2025, more than 125 Team Members volunteered their time, and a total of $10,000 went back into the communities Centra serves.
In 2024, the Credit Union was able to provide an additional $166,000 to the Centra Foundation. The Foundation is then allocating a total of $30,000 across 60 teams in 2025 to “Pay It Forward” in the communities Centra serves. Learn more about Pay It Forward and the Centra Foundation at Centra.org.
