EDINBURGH, Ind. – The Town of Edinburgh thanks Edinburgh American Legion Post 233 for bringing the Wreaths Across America program to Rest Haven Cemetery and the community to honor veterans on Saturday.

The noon ceremony, originally scheduled to be held outside at Rest Haven Cemetery, was moved inside to Edinburgh Community High School due to the inclement weather.

Soldiers from the 157th Infantry Brigade, First Army-Division East, stationed at Camp Atterbury, and local volunteers helped lay 1,244 wreaths on the gravesites at the Cemetery, honoring deceased Veterans from Edinburgh.
