SEYMOUR, Ind. – Investigators and patrol officers with the Seymour Police Department assisted the United States Marshal Service on Wednesday evening in apprehending an individual wanted out of Henderson County, Kentucky.
Law enforcement took 25-year-old Nelson Josue Sauceda-Nunez into custody at about 7:25 p.m. in the 2000 block of East Tipton Street in Seymour. He was wanted for burglary in the first degree, criminal mischief in the first degree, and wanton endangerment in the first degree.
Sauceda-Nunez is now in Jackson County Jail where he is being held pending extradition to Kentucky.
