COLUMBUS, Ind. – The Columbus Area Chamber of Commerce invites you to “Discover Columbus,” a three-part onboarding program that begins next month.
This unique experience is designed to introduce new employees and residents to the community’s history, culture, and values while discovering why Columbus is such an amazing place to live, work, and play.
This is a three-part series, but the chamber understands that time is valuable. The program is structured so you can attend one, two, or all three sessions, whatever your schedule allows.
The Chamber encourages you to make it to all three but you will gain valuable information and insights even if you can only get to one part.
Here are the dates for the “Discover Columbus” series. All sessions are from 8:30 a.m. to noon,
Education, Aviation, and Volunteerism – September 4: Assemble at Ivy Tech Moravec Hall to meet leaders from IU Columbus, Ivy Tech, and Purdue Polytechnic Institute. Tours of Columbus Municipal Airport, Columbus Propeller Makerspace, and Columbus Animal Care Services are included.
