COLUMBUS,Ind.– Columbus Animal Care Services will be continuing their $5.00 Adoption Event for Dogs that are 6 months old and older today and tomorrow.
Columbus Animal Care Services is located at 2730 Arnold Street in Columbus from 10 to 2 p.m. and Saturday, May 30 with extended hours from 10 to 2 p.m.
Dogs that are 6 months old and over are available at a special price of $5.00 with an approved application. Columbus Animal Care Services ask potential adopters to either apply early or bring a lease if they rent that clarifies they are allowed to have pets.
All animals are fully vaccinated (age appropriate), spayed or neutered and microchipped before going home.
In addition, The Forever Home Garden features primarily native plants, which reduce maintenance, and benefit the environment by improving soil quality and drainage and supporting native insects, butterflies and birds. The garden event is open 10 to 1 p.m. This year’s addition to the gardens includes raised beds and a dog sensory garden.
