Columbus City Utilities reappointments Patrick Andrews to Utility Service Board

COLUMBUS, Ind. – Columbus City Utilities (CCU) has announced the reappointment of Patrick Andrews to the Utility Service Board (USB) by Mayor Mary K. Ferdon.

Andrews has served on the board since 2020 and currently acts as Vice Chair. His new four-year term became effective on January 1, 2026.

The Utility Service Board provides essential oversight regarding the financial health, strategic planning, and operational policies of the city’s water and wastewater utilities.

Reappointing Andrews ensures that the board retains his significant institutional knowledge and financial expertise. He is a certified financial planner at WWA Planning and Investments in Columbus.

His professional background in wealth planning, asset management, and long-term financial strategy provides the board with insight into fiscal responsibility and capital planning.

Andrews is a Columbus native, and he holds a Bachelor of Science in Arts Management from Indiana University’s O’Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs.

He is also involved in the community, serving on the boards of the Columbus Rotary Club, Mill Race Theatre Company, and previously with the Columbus Indiana Philharmonic.

For more information about the USB, including meeting agendas and minutes, visit the Columbus City Utilities website at columbusutilities.org.
