COLUMBUS, Ind. – The Columbus Parks and Recreation Department announced Monday morning that the basketball courts located at Mill Race Park will be shut down indefinitely.
The parks department listed the reason for the shutdown as “court maintenance.”
Officials at Columbus Parks and Recreation say the courts will reopen as soon as the scheduled work has been completed.
Local hoopers still have plenty of access to basketball courts at the following locations:
- Clifty Park
- Donner Park
- Harrison Ridge Park
- Lincoln Park
- Mead Village Park
- Morningside Park
- Ninth Street Park
- Oakbrook Park
- Pence Street Park
