NASHVILLE, Ind. - The Brown County Humane Society (BCHS) has announced the appointment of its first-ever Executive Director, Suzanne Jalot.
It marks a major milestone in the organization's history and a step forward in its mission to serve animals and the community.
For 60 years, BCHS has operated with a dedicated, hands-on board and staff, helping hundreds of animals each year find loving homes.
As the organization grows, BCHS said that the creation of an Executive Director role reflects a commitment to sustainability and leadership.
In her role, Jalot will oversee programs, services, fundraising, and execution of strategic goals. She will work with the Board of Directors to ensure long-term success and community impact.
The Brown County Humane Society provides the region with shelter, adoption services, and support for animals in need.
