GREENWOOD, Ind. - In February, the Johnson Memorial Health (JMH) Pediatrics office in Greenwood was informed that all staff and providers would be terminated and the office would officially close within six months.
The Greenwood providers want to ensure that as many patients and families as possible are notified that the Greenwood location will be closing earlier than originally anticipated due to staffing.
Effective at the end of the business day on Friday, June 5, the Greenwood office will close permanently. Dr. Ciaccio and Alma will then be relocated to the JMH Pediatrics Franklin location until the end of July.
Through 5 p.m. on June 5, JMH Pediatrics in Greenwood will operate as normal, including walk-ins and scheduled appointments. After that, all scheduled appointments and any walk-ins for Alma and Dr. Ciaccio will be at the Franklin location during June and July.
JMH Pediatrics in Franklin is located at 1159 W. Jefferson St., Suite 304.
