Leadership Johnson County presents coaching workshop

FRANKLIN, Ind. - Leadership Johnson County (LJC) is hosting a workshop, "Being a Coach… As An Approach to Leadership," on Tuesday, April 28, from 9 a.m. to noon, at The Sycamore at Mallow Run.

The seminar will introduce participants to an organizational management and leadership framework that helps organizations improve or change and guides an organizational excellence journey.   

You will learn proven practices for addressing current leadership and management issues that enable an organization to respond to challenges, leverage its strengths, and manage all components as a unified whole to achieve its mission, ongoing success, and performance excellence – from a systems perspective.
